Short expert seminar with Dr Puja Patel, a Psychologist with a specialist interest in perinatal mental health. In this seminar, Puja will share her insights and expertise on recognising and supporting perinatal mental health issues in parents. Anxiety and low mood affects many parents and can have a significant impact on their mental and emotional well-being, as well as their ability to care for their children.  Puja will provide attendees with practical tools and strategies for recognising the signs of anxiety and low mood in parents, and practical approaches for offering appropriate support and guidance.
