Course Description

Registered Associate Nutritionist Kris Kasperkiewicz

Kris is driven by deciphering optimal health across the ages, a journey he knows he won’t complete, but one to which he can at least contribute. In his view, optimal health spans a number of pillars including diet and nutrition, physical activity and exercise, mental health and sleep. He initially studied molecular and cellular biology, before meandering through different aspects of health and wellbeing, and more recently completed his Masters in Human Nutrition. He sees himself as a lifelong learner, and wants to help others share in the joy of learning. Kris’ broad view on optimal health allows him to bring together view points from different scientific disciplines, whether it be sports science, nutrition, sleep or the development and functioning of the brain. Kris has a very student-centric approach and works hard to make sure all our students have a great experience at LSCS.
